A combination of deep tissue and Swedish techniques, allowing the body relief from chronic tension and discomfort created by repetitive movement and stress from daily life.
Sports Massage

A form of massage which utilizes specific strokes and stretches to help obtain maximum performance and physical conditioning with less chance of injury or pain. It increases power, endurance, and flexibility both before and after an event or workout.
Hot Stone Therapy Massage
$ 120 (1.25 hr. session)
This deeply therapeutic massage works with the body and mind as it brings physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. Particularly therapeutic for long held stress areas such as the upper back, neck, and shoulders. Heated stones glide gracefully across the skin, spreading heat throughout the entire body and creating a feeling of profound relaxation.
Sea Salt Glow with Massage
$ 120 (1.25 hr. session)
Mineral enriched sea salt is blended with essential oils to gently exfoliate the skin, stimulate circulation and allow for better hydration, followed by a shower and full body massage.
Dead Sea Mineral Mud Wrap with Massage
$ 150 (1.5 hr. session)
This treatment begins with a gentle exfoliation to stimulate the body. Black marine mud is applied all over the body to form a mask, this will detoxify, re-mineralize and tone the skin. The session ends with a shower and full body massage, leaving your body and spirit fully rejuvenated.
Craniosacral Therapy

Therapeutic bodywork which focuses on helping the body's natural healing mechanisms dissipate the negative effects of stress on the central nervous system. Enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
